We start by listening. No deck, no pitch.

We walk through your business and what you are looking for — the systems you touch, the processes that matter most, and where you see an opportunity to leverage AI. You ask us anything: how this actually works, what it costs, whether it makes sense for a business your size.

What you walk away with

A clear, honest answer to "is this worth pursuing" — for both of us. If it's not a fit, we'll tell you directly, and point you somewhere better if we can.

02Paid Discovery: Assessment & Roadmap

Before we propose anything, we go find out exactly what's there.

This is a focused, paid engagement — not a "free audit" that's really a sales pitch in disguise. We sit with the people who actually run the process day to day, map how it really works, and identify whether an existing tool—implemented with excellence—is the right answer for you; OR if you need something new built specifically for your business.

What you get

A roadmap: Which opportunities to start with and why, what each one needs, and a realistic view of what's involved at each step.

What you own

The roadmap is yours. If you decide not to move forward with us afterward, you keep it. And you're free to use it however you'd like.

Cost

A fixed, defined scope and price — set during the discovery call, before you commit to it.

03A Firm Proposal

By now, there's nothing left to guess at.

The roadmap already mapped the work in detail — so the proposal isn't a rough estimate padded for the unknown. It's a firm scope, timeline, and cost for the first phase of implementation, based on a plan we built together, from the inside.

What you get

A clear yes/no decision point, with everything you need to make it: exactly what gets built or set up first, how long it takes, and what it costs — before any of it starts.

04We Implement, Then Grow With You

Quick wins first. Then we keep going, only as far as makes sense.

We start with the highest-impact opportunity from the roadmap — depending on what it calls for. This means configuring and rolling out the right existing tool, or building something specific to your business and capturing how your team actually makes its judgment calls in enough detail that AI can make them too. Either way, you see it running on a real piece of your business before we go any further.

After that, it's an ongoing engagement: we maintain what's running, take on new opportunities as your needs evolve, and adjust as your processes or the tools themselves change. The work doesn't stop the day the first piece ships, because your business doesn't either.

What You Own, At Every Stage

What gets built is yours. Always. That's not a footnote — it's the design.

At every stage of this — the roadmap, the tools we set up, anything we build — what gets created belongs to you, runs on your systems, and works whether or not we're still involved. We're not interested in building something you'd be stuck with us to keep running.

That's a deliberate choice: a client who stays because the relationship is worth it is worth more to us than one who stays because leaving is too expensive. If we're doing this right, you'll keep working with us because it keeps paying for itself — not because you have no other option.
